1. Production:

Co extrusion(co-extruded)pvc board is produced by two plastic extruders working together.

2. Struction:

Co-extrusion pvc board is three layers structure: the core is PVC micro-foaming and high strength UPVC surface layer.

3. Advantages:

Co-extruded pvc board combines the advantages of wood and plastics.

Co-extruded pvc sheet not only has anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, insect-proof, high dimensional stability, non-cracking, strong surface impact resistance, high hardness and excellent flexibility.

But also has the natural characteristics similar to wood. It can be cut, bonded and fixed with nails or bolts. UPVC with surface layer of 50-200 um has high resistance and wear resistance and is not easy to scratch.

4. Performance:

Co-extruded pvc board has excellent stability, corrosion resistance, high hardness, high strength and smooth surface.

And water-proof, fire-proof, moth-proof, sound-proof and other properties are significantly better than natural wood, with water-proof, fire-proof, anti-corrosion, non-water absorption, light weight, flame retardant, heat preservation, sound insulation, insulation, shock resistance and other properties.
