Premium PVC Rigid Board Excellent Acid Resistance
PVC Rigid Board has excellent corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid with a concentration not exceeding 50% at room temperature (20-25 ℃), and can be used for a long time without significant corrosion or performance degradation.
However, the following points should be noted: Temperature and Concentration
1. Sulfuric acid with a concentration of ≤ 50% (at room temperature): PVC rigid board has excellent corrosion resistance without obvious swelling, discoloration or strength loss.
2. Sulfuric acid with a concentration>50%: As the concentration increases, the corrosion resistance decreases, and slight swelling or surface softening may occur.
3. High temperature environment (such as>60 ℃): Even if the sulfuric acid concentration is ≤ 50%, high temperature will significantly reduce the corrosion resistance of PVC, and it should be used with caution.
